I presume, when you talk about your penis size, that you are measuring your erect size. A 2" erect penis is what is medically described as a 'micro penis'. And is likely due to hormonal problems, or other medical conditions.
I note that you say your penis "seems" smaller. And then you claim it is now 1inch. How can you confuse "seems" with a claimed 50% reduction?
If you have indeed shrunk by 50%, then it is most likely that your original medical condition has got worse. The fact that you say you have been in a chastity cage 24/7 for the past 18 years has no relevance to your claimed penis size reduction.
