This depends on the size of your hubby and the size of the cage, but the way it tends to work is that after a few months of restrictive chastity your hubby's penis will lose length, girth, and the firmness of his erections.

This would be non permanent, as it would all go back to normal after a few weeks of freedom.

I'm going to assume you are like most female owners of a penis and you want to shrink it in order to humiliate the male that it's attached to.
