Who is in charge in your relationship?

She is in charge of every aspect of our relationship, we have a fully female led relationship.

My wife is 100% in charge of her/our sex life with me having no say whatsoever, but most other matters are discussed with my input having equal consideration, although, things usually going her way most of the time.
