A close friend of ours is currently living in Vietnam where they are on strict Covid19 lock down. Let's call him W and he is originally from Scotland. He owns a business there and it has been essentially brought to a close due to the restrictions and hence he has decided to move back to the UK at his earliest opportunity. He suspects he will be able to travel back to UK sometime in the next two weeks and we are waiting to hear of his flight details.
