It comes down to the definition of the word "bisexual." If it refers to someone who occasionally engages in homosexual acts even if he is otherwise predominantly heterosexual -- then yes, men who suck cock are necessarily bisexual. But if it refers to those who are physically or emotionally attracted to people of either sex -- then no, sucking cock doesn't make someone bisexual in and of itself.

I tend toward the latter definition. In my opinion a better, more accurate term for men who suck cock in certain specific circumstances but are otherwise not attracted to men is "heteroflexible." It's nothing to do with denial or abhorrence at the word "bisexual." It's just a better, more precise descriptor.
