Well I guess that depends on your wife's attitude to sex and relationships.
My attitudes to sex even from well before I met my husband were always quite liberal so it wasn't too far of a stretch to speak about his fantasies. We spent 10 years in a monogamous relationship before he even told me, although he'd said little fantasy things while we were having sex before. We knew each other deeply and talk about everything under the sun - I think communication is key.
