It may not seem conventional, I agree. But I have reason to believe she is up for the lifestyle, or at least will cheat on me when the time is right. I’m a bit confused hastyrtl. If your girlfriend doesn’t know you want her to have sex with another guy, because you didn’t tell her, then how will she know she has your blessing?

She might very well have sex with another guy but she won’t tell you because she thinks she cheated on you. You will have no idea. If you can't talk directly to her about the subject and take "ownership" of your fantasy then you aren't ready for the reality. Trying to get her to introduce the subject in an attempt to avoid admitting your desire for hotwifing/cuckolding is a huge red flag!

Work on the communication between the two of you until you can comfortably talk about any subject openly and honestly. If the two of you are unable to do that I would not recommend this journey.
